On the afternoon of September 29th, 2020, Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee (PPC) awarded the Chairman’s decisions of appointment as concluded by the Standing Body of the Provincial Party Committee at its headquarters. The event was attended by Vice Chairmen of PPC, the leaders of Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Information and Communications, Traffic Works Project Management Unit, Civil and Industrial Works Project Management Unit, Provincial General Hospital, Department of Health, Department of Home Affairs, PPC Office and some officials of the PPC Office.
Mr. Ho Quoc Dung, Chairman of PPC awarded Decision No. 3899/QĐ-UBND dated September 22nd, 2020 on appointment of Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chief of the PPC Office as the Director of DOFA as of October 1st, 2020.
On the morning of October 1st, 2020, Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh, Director of DOFA had the first meeting with the civil servants and labourers of DOFA. At the meeting, he expressed his hope that the civil servants and labourers of DOFA united and strived to accomplish the tasks and duties in the time to come.

At the meeting on September 29th, 2020, Chairman of PPC also awarded the following appointment decisions: Mr. Le Ngoc An, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Provincial Party Committee as Chief of PPC Office, Mr. Vo Gia Nghia, Deputy Director of Department of Information and Communications as Vice Chief of PPC Office, Mr. Nguyen Hoanh Cuong as Director of the Provincial General hospital, Mr. Pham Minh Quoc as Deputy Director of Traffic Works Project Management Unit, Mr. Truong Khoa as Acting Director of the Civil and Industrial Works Project Management Unit.
