On the morning of September 17th, 2020, at the headquarters of Binh Dinh Department of Foreign Affairs (DOFA), Mr. Vo Dinh Kha, Vice Director in charge of DOFA received the courtesy call by the delegation of Quy Nhon Plantation Forest Company of Vietnam Limited (QPFL) led by Mr. Ryo Noguchi, General Director.
On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Seiji Yamato, former General Director of QPFL expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the province and the departments, agencies of the province for the support provided for him in particular and QPFL in general in the past time and said his office term in Vietnam had been finished and he would return to Japan. He then introduced his successor, Mr. Ryo Noguchi. He strongly hoped that the continued support from the leaders of the province and the departments, agencies of the province would be provided for QPFL in general and Mr. Ryo Noguchi, new General Director in particular. He said he really loved Quy Nhon city, so after returning to Japan, he would introduce it to his friends and the enterprises in Japan for their visit to and investment in the province.

He said he was very pleased to pay the courtesy call on the leader of DOFA and hoped to receive the support from the leaders of the province and the departments, agencies of the province.

Mr. Vo Dinh Kha, Vice Director in charge of DOFA said he was very pleased to welcome the delegation to the department. He committed himself to continue providing support for QPFL in general and Mr. Ryo Noguchi in particular in the coming time. He wished Mr. Seiji Yamato, former General Director good health and happiness after his return to Japan. He also suggested that Mr. Seiji Yamato with his love for Quy Nhon city introduce it to his relatives and friends so that they could visit and find the opportunities of investment and cooperation in Quy Nhon city in particular and in Binh Dinh province in general.
At the end of the meeting, he provided the delegation with the general information about the foreign direct investment projects including Japanese-invested ones in Binh Dinh province.
